Scrambled eggs with steamed green veggies tossed through and a sprinkle of grated fresh haloumi cheese and dried mint, absolute favourite breakfast or even lunch.Typical breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sauerkraut and baby spinach.Lots of squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows and chin ups Typical workout: Weights, a mixture of heavy lifting and circuit style training.Sunrise or Sunset workout? Which do you prefer? Neither, I don’t function so well at either of those times, mid morning sessions for me only.What are your favourite pieces from the range?
